This delightful small square, full of cafe terraces in the summer, is lined with palaces and arcaded houses. Take the time to admire Sermage palace (corner of Bakaceva), the interesting Old Masters' Gallery and the watchtower, a Renaissance-style gate, built in the first half of the 16C.
