This 13C church, Santa María de los Alcázares, is built on the ruins of a mosque and features a joyous patchwork of styles, each hinting at its reconstructions between the 14C and 19C. The interior was badly damaged during the Civil War, but visitors can see the chapels (late Gothic) with finely sculpted doorframes and exquisite grilles by Master Bartolomé.
