Het Toreke Museum, housed in a former 19C prison, gives onto the courtyard of the tribunal. With the motto "Rites of life and death in Roman times", it presents finds from digs carried out from 1997 to 2003 in Grijpenveld, the largest Roman necropolis in Benelux.
