The Michelin Guide's review
The Romanesque 12C Sainte-Foy church, built in pink Vosges sandstone and Andlau granite, was once a Benedictine priory. It was altered by the Jesuits in the 17C and the Germans in the 19C. Before entering, pause in the narthex and admire the drawing of the mounted knight in armour, which could date from the 12C. The porch is prettily adorned with blind arches, cornices and historiated capitals. There is a bust of a woman in the crypt.
