The Michelin Guide's review
Erected in 2005 on a hill opposite the former concentration camp of Struthof, the memorial pays tribute to the suffering endured by the inhabitants of Alsace and Moselle from 1870 to the end of the Second World War. Equipped with an audio-guide, you will be invited to take a step back in time as you admire the extremely lifelike scenes. The visit ends with a presentation of the construction of Europe and a video relating the Franco-German reconciliation.
