The heart of the permanent collection of the Orlando Museum of Art is spread over four large contemporary galleries. Its collection of more than 600 works of 19C and 20C American art include paintings by John Singer Sargent, George Inness, Georgia O'Keeffe, Maurice Prendergast and Gene Davis. An excellent African collection features Yoruba beadwork, Asante statuary and Benin metalwork.
