This 16C property, which was modified in the 18C, is the family home of Diana, Princess of Wales. Since her death in a tragic accident in Paris in August 1997, the number of visitors to Althorp has continued to grow. Temporary exhibitions are held here on a regular basis, many (but not all) of which focus on Princess Diana.
