A footbridge spans Quai Cléopâtre and Agrippa, with on either side a small, deliciously provençal square. Everything here is marvellously artificial, starting with the marina reminiscent of a Roman palace, which reunited Fréjus with the Mediterranean in 1989. In 2013, the second part of the port, around the canal and pedestrian mall, was inaugurated.
