The Isole Pelagie lie approximately 200km south of Agrigento, between Malta and Tunisia. The archipelago consists of the large island of Lampedusa, and the two islets of Linosa and Lampione. The latter is occupied only by a lighthouse, which overlooks the cliffs and a sheer drop to the sea. Its sea beds are a paradise for diving enthusiasts.
