The Michelin Guide's review
This hike (2hr-loop) starts at the Vergio Pass. The trail enters the undergrowth, beneath a canopy of tall laricio pine trees, and soon crosses a ridge from where you can see the Cascade de Radule (waterfall). A little further on, you reach the sheepfolds (alt. 1,370m), which occupy a remarkable site; from here continue on to the waterfall located at the mouth of the narrow pass. The hike follows a transhumance trail that is still used today. In summer, swimming in the pools formed by the Golo River and cheese tasting are available.
