The Michelin Guide's review
"Brasserie Deluxe" is an apt description of the restaurant in the tasteful hotel La Réserve Eden au Lac. The atmosphere is laid-back, the interior is chic, and the focal point is the green-tiled open kitchen… and then there is the glass-paned façade overlooking the lake! A highly professional team from Italy is behind the classic Italian, French and internationally influenced cuisine – they operated under the direction of Marco Ortolani, who was previously at the Tuscan Trattoria Enrico Bartolini, as well as at Alain Ducasse in London and Hong Kong. The paccheri pasta, for example, is full of flavour, perfectly cooked and tossed in a tomato-based, spicy crustacean sauce, served with tender lobster tail and claw meat, with fine tips of kale leaves. Service is provided by an experienced team. There is an exclusive wine list and a terrific selection of cocktails.
