Although the glazed vertical wine cellar is undoubtedly eye-catching, it is Clément Leroy’s culinary score that takes front stage, as he cleverly twists traditional recipes, while respecting the seasons. Consummate technique paired with intelligent combinations of flavours. The “Carné” space serves exceptional, hand-picked cuts of beef (wagyu, Holstein, Blonde d'Aquitaine…).
