Gellivs boasts a unique and atmospheric setting within the Antica Opitergium museum, surrounded by archaeological remains that tell the story of the town from the beginning of the Roman period, although the contemporary-style furniture and decor here bring us right into the modern day. Here, chef Alessandro Breda creates cuisine that is reassuringly traditional in dishes such as potato mousse, cooked and raw cod, quince and puntarella greens, and more modern in specialities such as the Treviso-Tokyo lobster. An impressive wine list which includes Italian and international labels completes the picture.
