'The Collective' is a creative hub in the centre of bustling Leeds that houses an interior design shop, a bar and this restaurant. The menu is made up of small plates – for sharing or not. About three per person plus a dessert should satisfy most appetites, although you can just make matters simpler and go for the tasting menu. The flavours are assured, in dishes such as hen of the woods with cheddar or creamed potato with ox cheek and pancetta. It’s also open for breakfast.
