The Michelin Guide's review
It is not hard to see why "Wind Cave" got its name when you are inside it! It is one of the most interesting caves in the Dinaric Alps. It has been explored over a length of 6.7km, and its main gallery is estimated at 2.5km. Bones of various extinct animals have been found, including those of a leopard. Rock paintings that are more than 10 000 years old can be seen on some of the walls.
