The Michelin Guide's review
A lovely tombolo beach (a sandy isthmus) connects this idyllic spot to the main island. One of the most important treasures of Pictish silverware was discovered in the ruins of a church built in the early Christian era. The original pieces are in the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh.
