Conguel headland commands a fine vista from its tip. The view extends as far as Teignouse lighthouse, where the battleship France foundered in 1922. To the left is the local aerodrome with a runway for light aircraft. Past the Fort-Neuf, the Quiberon national sailing school and Yacht Club organise a wide range of activities on the beach.
