The Michelin Guide's review
Housed in the hangars of the former Kbely aerodrome, the Aviation Museum contains one of the most important collections of civil and military planes, from those made by local aviation company, Avia, to the Spitfires piloted by Czech airmen in exile who joined the RAF, and Messerschmitt 262s abandoned here by the retreating German airforce. The numerous planes built in Soviet factories are a throwback to the arms race of the Cold War era.
