Go beyond the Cape du Couedic Lighthouse, then take the wooden stairs down to Admirals Arch, one of Kangaroo Island's most famous natural sites. This archway hollowed out by the sea, through which the ocean waves break, shelters within its surroundings a colony of fur seals: too busy to bask, will take little notice either of your presence or the sublime panorama.
