This museum of international renown brings together Germany and French works, paintings, sculptures, engravings and photographs from the 19 and 20C. Among others one can admire here the realists of the 19th century. A very complete collection on the 20C, from the Paris school to American artists (Pollock, Stella, Neumann, etc.), including the well-represented cubists and expressionists, in particular those of the Brücke and Blue Knight movements.
