This castle was built over the ruins of a Roman temple by the Visconti family in 1343 and rebuilt in the 16C by the Venetians. It is now home to the Museo del Risorgimento and the Museo delle Armi Antiche Luigi Marzoli, which exhibits an interesting collection of weapons and armour demonstrating the tradition of arms manufacture in Brescia.
