Traced from the Park House, this loop trail (approximately 1hr 30min) allows you to understand some of the geological and botanical characteristics that make Risnjak Park so unique. For example, you will see a doline, a funnel-shaped depression to be found in karst regions, and a windfall zone, i.e. forest depopulation. You may catch a glimpse of a lynx from the observatory mounted on piles... Not far away are the vestiges of the hamlet of Leska.
