Das Maxi has proven to be a successful addition to Das Freiberg hotel and is an appealing dining option – and not only for hotel guests. The kitchen specialises in contemporary, mostly Mediterranean dishes with seasonal influences. In addition to the set menu, which changes daily, there is also a small à la carte selection. Food is served in tastefully designed dining areas, and there is additional garden seating available for the summer months. The wine list, featuring international labels, is second to none. The gorgeous guestrooms have magnificent views of the mountains.
