In the shade of the century-old plane trees on the terrace, or beneath the high exposed timber ceiling of this stunning 18C manor house, chef Mathias Dandine serves cuisine that is both traditional and generous, in keeping with the bistro decor. The short, appetising menu features dishes beautifully made with fresh produce, leaving diners with some difficult decisions! Pâté en croûte with shallot condiment; Iberian loin of pork with fregola sarda risotto; apple tarte fine with vanilla ice cream. A flawless and truly delicious culinary offering and relaxed but professional service.
